Stetson University Concert Band

The band program at Stetson University has a long and distinguished history of performance excellence dating back to its formation in 1926. The Stetson University Concert Band was established in the Fall 2018 semester due in part to the university band program’s growth in size and an inclusive philosophy of offering learning and performance opportunities for all interested student musicians from across Stetson’s DeLand campus. The University Concert Band is comprised of 75 undergraduate music and non-music majors (Fall 2021) enrolled in the School of Music. The Concert Band regularly performs concerts on the Stetson campus during the fall and spring semesters and shares the joy of music through engaging concert experiences for performers and audience members alike.
