Employment at Stetson

Awarded a "Best Place to Work" in the Daytona Beach News-Journal, Stetson values the contributions of each employee and supports their health and well-being. Our vibrant and engaged community embrace meaningful and challenging work to support our students and the University's mission, which is to provide an excellent education in a creative community where learning and values meet and to foster in students the qualities of mind and heart that will prepare them to reach their full potential as informed citizens of local communities and the world. If you are interested in impacting our Stetson community, please apply!

Work authorization sponsorship may be available for these positions. However, sponsorship is contingent upon the non-applicability of the visa petition fees outlined in the relevant Executive Order signed September 19, 2025.  Due to the recent federally-mandated increased financial expense, the university is not in a position to absorb this significantly increased cost of sponsorship for new H-1B petitions at this time. International candidates are encouraged to apply, but should be aware that eligibility for sponsorship will be evaluated in accordance with current U.S. immigration regulations and institutional policies.
