Home to Stetson University College of Law, Florida's first law school, founded in 1900. TAMPA LAW CENTER

Opened in 2004 near the Hillsborough Riverwalk, the Tampa Law Center serves Flex J.D. and graduate law students. A 2026 redevelopment partnership will rebuild the center with classes continuing throughout. Stetson University announced the mixed-use redevelopment with Bromley Companies in July 2026, with groundbreaking expected in late 2027.
