Approved early-arrivals may return

Sunday, January 10

Students in all residence halls may return

Wednesday, August 11

International Students check-in; Approved early arrivals may check-in

Thursday, August 12 

Approved early arrivals may check-in

Friday, August 13 

Approved early arrivals may check-in

Saturday, August 14 

Carson/Hollis, Gordis, Smith, Conrad, Stetson 1st floor, & Chaudoin may check-in

Sunday, August 15

Nemec, Hall A, Chaudoin, Stetson 2nd and 3rd floors, Emily, Sorority Houses, Fraternity Houses, University Village Apartments may check-in

Monday, August 16

Final check-ins for all Residence Halls & Houses

Tuesday, August 17

Students must be checked in by 5:00pm unless given special permission by the Department of Housing & Residential Life or otherwise they will forfeit their space

EARLY ARRIVAL REQUESTS:

If you need to arrive early due to an athletic, employment, academic or personal commitment, e-mail reslife@stetson.edu with your name, hall/room number, date of early arrival and reason for arriving early so that we can process your request. We will contact you via your Stetson e-mail address once we have reviewed your request.

FOCUS ORIENTATION:

FOCUS is a four-day orientation program that occurs in the days leading up to the first day of classes for the fall semester. FOCUS stands for "Friends On Campus Uniting Students" and is designed to help new students have a successful transition into the University. In addition to the orientation activities, each new student is assigned a team of FOCUS leaders - two upper-class students who assist the first year students in their academic planning and social adjustment at Stetson. Click here for more information about FOCUS!
