Greg McCann is a Stetson alumnus, having graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration.  A licensed CPA in Florida and member of the Florida Bar, Dr. McCann brings extensive experience to courses in business law and family business. He is actively involved in numerous professional organizations and serves as director of the Family Enterprise Center and coordinates the Family Business major and minor.

McCann wrote, When Your Parents Sign the Paychecks, along with a study guide, teacher’s guide, and parent’s guide that is a part of the Family Enterprise curriculum. Axiom Business Book Awards awarded him a bronze medal in 2008.

McCann was the recipient of the Hand Award for research and creative and professional activity in 2010. He also received the School of Business Administration Faculty Research Award in 2009 and he is a past recipient of the McEniry Award for Excellence in Teaching 2002-2003 (university’s highest award). In 2000, he received the School of Business Administration's Professor of the Year. He was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma; the honor society for AACSB accredited business programs, 2003.
