Study Abroad in Como - Italy

The Stetson University School of Business Administration is excited to host a Study Abroad trip to Como, Italy, from July 1 to August 1 2026. The Sports Business Program is partnering with Como 1907, one of Europe’s fastest-growing and most innovative football clubs. Students will have the opportunity to see how Como 1907 operates on and off the field, gaining exposure to sports management, global partnerships, and the planning behind an international event: the Como Cup.

We will be directly involved in the Como Cup, held at Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia in late July, featuring participation from several prominent football clubs.

Beyond football, students will enjoy cultural excursions that highlight the richness of Italian history, art, and lifestyle. They will  have the opportunity to experience the depth of Italian culture through visits to museums and historic landmarks, explore Milan’s role as a global fashion capital, and engage with iconic brands such as Ferrari.

The trip is scheduled for Summer 2026 and is open to all Stetson students. All students who attend will receive a cultural credit and an experiential learning credit (if this applies to this trip). The courses offered for the trip are Sport Business in Como, Italy or a micro-internship.
