Fifty talented young ladies comprise the Stetson Women's Chorale. They have been invited to sing at the 2010 ACDA Southern Division Conference. The Chorale has recorded for Santa Barbara Music Publishing, and maintains and active performing schedule every season. This auditioned choir rehearses 4 days per week. The Stetson Chorale performs music from all stylistic periods, including extended works for Women’s Chorus. The participants’ majors range from Vocal Performance to Marine Biology to Business to Political Science and everything in between. The Chorale enjoys a strong sense of community and friendship, though during rehearsals, hard work and musical focus prevail. Dr. Larson conducts the Stetson Women's Chorale, and all rehearsals are open-door for any who wish to visit. The choir meets Monday and Wednesday from 11:00 to 11:50 AM and Tuesday and Thursday from 12:00 to 12:50PM.
