Spring Semester Housing Application
The applications will ask for some demographic information for our records, roommate preference (if you have one) and building preferences, and it also includes the completion of the housing agreement.
Housing Applications are available November 1 in Housing Central. Incoming First-year and Transfer Students submitting their enrollment deposit after November 1 will typically have access to the application within three business days. Continuing students returning from abroad or internships should contact Residential Living & Learning (firstname.lastname@example.org) to request access to the application.
Students should complete their Spring Housing Applications no later than December 1.
Spring housing assignments are typically made on a rolling basis until the day of Spring check-in by the student. Assignments are based on student preferences and also on availability, which is more limited in the Spring as most of our spaces for spring are already assigned to our Fall semester residents.
Students who require additional consideration in the assignment process due to a medical condition requiring specific housing environments, locations, or amenities may also submit an Accommodation Request in addition to their housing application.
