Summer Innsbruck Program
The Summer Innsbruck Program is an innovative and dynamic study abroad opportunity for all Stetson majors.
Studying abroad is the perfect mix of learning about another culture, experiencing new environments, and fulfilling your Experiential Learning Requirement. The Summer Innsbruck Program allows students to take AACSB International-approved courses taught abroad by full-time Stetson University faculty and distinguished visitors.
The trip takes place from July 1st to August 1st and is hosted by the University of Innsbruck in Austria, a research and educational hub of the nation. This month-long summer session is ideal for students that want to study abroad but are not able to while taking their required courses.

"I have been fortunate enough to participate in the Innsbruck study abroad program twice. Both experiences have been equally life-changing. I've connected with faculty and students I would have never met otherwise, and I have grown both in and out of the classroom. Innsbruck gives you the freedom to explore while still pushing you to be your best. I don't know which semester I enjoyed more, but I do know they were the best summers of my life!" - Lukas Taurins
"The Innsbruck study abroad program showed me how big and different the world really is. Being there with other Stetson students felt familiar, but everything around us was so new that it pushed me in ways I did not expect. I learned to navigate unfamiliar environments, adapt to cultural differences, and stay disciplined with my schoolwork while exploring Europe. Class trips to Munich, Neuschwanstein Castle, Linderhof Palace, and visiting Dachau made learning unforgettable. All of it pulled me out of my comfort zone and helped me grow as a person and as a leader." - Andrew Mucha
"Studying abroad in Innsbruck was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It enriched my academic journey and shaped my personal growth in ways I’ll never forget. Returning as a student leader made the experience even more meaningful, giving me the chance to guide others through a place that had already given me so much. I had the chance to see so much, build meaningful connections, and truly make Innsbruck a second home." - Mason Hahn
