Student Success Collaborative (SSC)

The SSC alerts function can be used by faculty or staff to submit an academic-related concern such as academic performance, grades, or attendance. Dedicated staff in the Academic Success department will initiate outreach to the student including multiple touchpoints of phone, email, and text communication. Case updates will be added to the SSC system and can be viewed in real-time by the faculty/staff member who initiated the alert.
