Career Outcomes
As a graduate, you can pursue roles in human resources management, talent strategy, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR consulting. The US Bureau of Labor Statistics projects employment for human resources managers to grow 5% from 2024 to 2034 and reports a May 2024 median annual wage of $140,030; human resources specialists had a median annual wage of $72,910, and compensation, benefits, and job analysis specialists are also projected to grow 5% over the same period. Those outcomes support the degree as a strong path if you want to move from specialist-level work into leadership.

The Master of Human Resource Management curriculum is delivered in flexible eight-week sessions, allowing you to stay engaged with faculty and peers while balancing your career. Offered fully online with no residency requirements, you can complete the program in as few as five semesters.
You will begin by building a foundation in business analytics and organizational behavior, then progress through core HR courses in strategic human resource management, talent management, and total rewards.
