Double Reed Day
On behalf of the School of Music, we welcome you to our annual Double Reed Day on Sunday, January 26, 2025, from 2-6 p.m. at Stetson University's historic DeLand campus. This event will focus on Solo and Ensemble preparation skills where you will receive feedback in a supportive masterclass setting. Play alongside the Stetson double reed faculty and students in a fun reading session of double reed choir music. The masterclass is designed for 7th through 12th grade oboists and bassoonists; however, this free event is open to the public. Band directors, private teachers, college students and families are welcome to attend.
