Communication and Media Studies Internships
Students pursuing a major in Communication and Media Studies or a minor in Journalism benefit from our program requirements of completing an internship before graduation. Internships allow students to apply theoretical knowledge outside the classroom and gain valuable experience in the field. Internship students also report that they further develop their skills in problem-solving, collaboration, leadership, technology, career management, and global fluency. In addition, internship students often develop professional connections and improve their chances of finding a job after graduation.
Where have our students completed their internship?
Our students have interned at a variety of places – too many to list them all here! There are many opportunities for students pursuing internships in Communication, Media, and Journalism.
