Undergraduate Program Overview
Chris Colwell, Ed.D., is the chair of Stetson University's Department of Education; the Office of Undergraduate Education Services works under his direction. The Office of Undergraduate Education addresses any questions current and prospective students have regarding student teaching, certification or the university's undergraduate education program.
All students who'd like to major in education are subject to the program's admission requirements.
The Department of Education offers a bachelor of arts in education, with a focus on elementary education (grades K-6). This degree includes ESOL and reading endorcement as recognized by the State of Florida.
