Zachary Beaver

Zachary Beaver

Zachary Beaver is a personal trainer with a long interest in health and fitness. During college, Zach hired a personal trainer and quickly gained a strong knowledge in nutrition to help reach his personal wellness goals. This interest, and encouragement from others, prompted him to obtain his certification. In 2018, Zach became a trainer through World Instructor Training Schools, accredited by both NCCA and ACE. Since certification, he has completed an internship at a local CrossFit gym awarding him with a level 2 personal training certification.

Roth Allen

Roth Allen

Roth Allen graduated from Stetson University in 2013 with a degree in Health Sciences. During his last semester, he completed an internship with Stetson University Strength and Conditioning and conducted his senior research on popular supplements. During his internship, Roth worked primarily with football, indoor volleyball and women's golf. He became a personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2013.

Christina Kulpa

Christina Kulpa

Christina Kulpa is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor here at Stetson University. While her educational background isn't in the personal fitness world, she has a deep passion for health and wellness. Christina obtained her group fitness certification in July 2018 after many years of being a participant herself. She teaches a wide variety of classes such as Aqua Fit, Guts Butts and Thighs and Cycle. With a desire to learn more and to help others get moving, she obtained her personal training certification in September 2019. Both of her certifications are through the ACE Network.

Ryan Dockery

Ryan Dockery is a current Junior here at Stetson University majoring in Business Systems and Analytics, minoring in Management and Community Engagement and is a Bonner Scholar.  He has been avidly lifting weights and exercising for nine years. During high school, he was a swimmer, track runner, and weight lifter that was able to successfully channel his love of sports and fitness into helping others achieve their fitness goals! His love of proactive medicine and exercise has led him to pursue personal training as a career path alongside his school career. He holds a certification from the National Academy of Sports medicine in Personal Training.
