Fitness Incentive Programs
Wellness and Recreation offers a variety of fitness incentive programs! Some programs are dedicated to students, some for employees and some for both! Check out the list of offerings below. We hope to see you getting active soon!
Find Your Fit is an incentive program that runs for four weeks, twice per semester, with the goal of providing a structured opportunity to focus on habit and behavior changes to improve your overall health and wellness. Participants earn points for every workout and wellness check-in they complete, as well as attending a variety of events on campus related to health and wellness. The more points you receive, the more amazing prizes you can win!

BetterU is an employee incentive program that runs for four weeks, twice per semester. Similar to Find Your Fit, BetterU participants receive points for every workout they do, every 7 - 9 hours of sleep they get, and every time they eat 5 - 7 servings of vegetables a day.
BetterU is run in collaboration with Human Resources and Stetson's insurance carrier, Cinga. Completing BetterU and receiving a certain amount of points allows you to submit your progress to Cigna, winning you free money as well as some pretty awesome prizes from Wellness and Recreation and Human Resources.

Did you know that Wellness and Recreation offer a variety of FREE group exercise classes on campus and virtually? Our instructors are certified to lead you through classes that can be modified to fit your fitness levels.
When you attend group exercise classes, you must check in at the front desk! Doing so helps us keep track of who attends classes, but it also gets you points for some really neat fitness-related prizes!
Sign up here for Get Active! once per semester. After that, all you need is to sign up for the group exercise classes you want through the SU W&R app, and don't forget to check in at the front of the Hollis Center for every class to tally those points!
Hatter Tracks is a 3-course walking track around campus to provide the Stetson community with a designated track for running or walking. There are three different loops for you to complete depending on how long you would like to walk for. Complete one or do all three!
