Advertising on Campus

Only officially registered student organizations, departments and offices of Stetson University may advertise on campus.

Advertising Options

Digital Options

• Post your event on the Calendar of Events
• Place an announcement using Announce!
• Use the digital billboards in the Carlton Union Building

Physical Options

• Hang flyers or posters on approved catalog boards (check the CUB Marketing website to learn about their policies)
• Reserve a table in front of the Carlton Union Building
• Advertise in the Reporter

Advertising Policy

If you're thinking about posting flyers, banners or announcements around campus, make sure you read and understand Stetson University's advertising policy ahead of time to understand what and where advertisements can be posted. All advertisements that do not abide by requirements will be removed.

It is also important to abide by the policies of the building/space that you are posting in, so please talk to the staff within the building or check out their website in advance. For example, check out the CUB Marketing Website to understand the policies surrounding marketing in the CUB.
