Stetson Law On-Campus Interview Program
Stetson Law's On-Campus Interview (OCI) Program gives students the opportunity to connect with both private and public sector employers through virtual or in-person interviews, as well as through resume collections for summer internship and post-graduate positions. Students can view participating employers, apply, and manage their applications directly under the OCI tab in Symplicity.
Job Search Boards
Monitor Symplicity regularly to view the latest OCI opportunities and job postings shared directly by employers with Stetson Law. OCPD also posts additional listings sourced from external databases to support students in their job search.
The Public Service Jobs Directory (PSJD) is an online resource and job board for law students and graduates interested in public interest law careers. It features job listings, fellowships, internships, and other opportunities with nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and public interest employers. Stetson Law students have access to PSJD throughout law school and as alumni.
Idealist offers extensive listings in the social impact space, including jobs, internships, and volunteer opportunities with nonprofit organizations across the world. Users can create a profile and sign up for alerts to receive email notifications when new listings match their interests.
The Arizona Handbooks provide application deadlines, applicant qualifications, and details on the selection process for federal and state government internships and post-graduate honors programs. Contact OCPD for the link and password to access.
USAJOBS is the official job portal for many federal government positions, providing a centralized site to search and apply for jobs across numerous agencies and departments.
The NLADA Job Board is a free platform with listings across a range of sectors, including legal aid services, public defender offices, pro bono and public interest organizations, and public interest law firms.
Career Fairs
The Pro Bono Fair, held during National Pro Bono Week, connects law students with local organizations offering volunteer opportunities. The event helps students find meaningful pro bono opportunities to fulfill their 60-hour graduation requirement and gain valuable hands-on experience serving the community. This year's Pro Bono Fair will be held on October 23, 2025 from 4:30-6:30 p.m.
Hosted by OCPD in the spring, the Public Interest Career Fair connects students with government agencies, legal aid organizations, and nonprofits from across Florida. Students can explore a range of public interest career paths, network directly with prospective employers, and learn about available summer internship and post-graduate opportunities. Next year’s Public Interest Career Fair will be held on February 19, 2026.

The EJW Career Fair is the largest national public interest legal fair, connecting law students and recent graduates with over 250 public interest employers across the country. Held annually in the fall, the event offers a virtual platform for participants to engage in prescheduled interviews and informal “table talk” discussions with employers seeking candidates for summer internships and entry-level positions.

The Southeastern Law School Consortium's (SELSC) annual interview program is open to rising 2L and 3L students and recent graduates, including those from Stetson Law. It connects a diverse group of candidates from over 50 southeastern law schools with both private and public sector employers nationwide. Held virtually, the program offers opportunities to interview for summer internships and post-graduate positions with law firms, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations.
This year's program was held June 12-13, 2025. 2026 dates TBD.
The NACC Child Welfare Law Career Fair promotes careers in child welfare law offices and agencies for law students, recent graduates, and new attorneys. Additionally, the Career Fair offers the opportunity to network with NACC members from across the country.
In 2024, an in-person career fair was held on August 11th in Salt Lake City. In 2025, a virtual career fair was held on March 7th for law students seeking child welfare law related internships.
The NDAA Job Fair, held in Washington, DC each year, offers law students and attorneys the opportunity to meet recruiters from prosecution offices nationwide hiring for entry-level, lateral, and internship positions.
Next year’s Career Fair will be held in Washington, DC from January 31-February 1, 2026.
Participants have the chance to engage directly with LGBTQ+ friendly recruiters from law firms, government agencies, LGBTQ+ rights groups, and corporate legal departments.
This year’s Lavender Law Conference and Career Fair will be held in New York, NY from July 28-30, 2025.
The National Black Prosecutors Association (NBPA) is a professional organization representing over 800 prosecutors across the United States. Its mission is to recruit, train, and advance the careers of minority attorneys serving as prosecutors at all levels of government. The NBPA’s annual conference functions not only as a job fair connecting candidates with employers but also as a comprehensive legal training program designed to support and develop prosecutors throughout their careers. The job fair is open to rising 2Ls, 3Ls, and graduates. This year's job fair will be held on July 22, 2025 in College Park, MD. Registration closes July 1.
