International Student Exchange Program
The International Student Exchange Program gives you the opportunity to study abroad at Stetson Law's partner schools through single-semester exchanges and dual-degree programs. If you are coming from one of our partner schools, you can also study at Stetson University Law for a semester or two.
University College Dublin
You have the opportunity to spend either a semester or a full academic year in a new foreign exchange program in Dublin, Ireland, through Stetson Law. If selected, you can attend for two exchange semesters - the first as a standard exchange semester and the second as an LLM semester. The LLM semester can count toward an LLM degree at UCD, but to earn the full LLM from UCD, you would need to return at your own expense to complete an additional LLM semester and a dissertation semester, which are not covered by the exchange agreement. During your time at UCD, you can choose to specialize in one of five concentrations: international commercial law, European law and public affairs, international human rights, information technology and intellectual property law, or criminology and criminal justice.
Universidad Pontificia Comillas
The Master's degree in International and European Business Law is designed for you if you are a recent graduate or a lawyer with brief professional experience, whether you're from Spain or abroad. It is also an excellent opportunity if you are a JD candidate at a U.S. law school looking to spend a year abroad and earn a European degree to complement your American education.
Université Toulouse 1 Capitole
The Master in International Economic Law dual-degree program, offered in partnership with Stetson Law and Toulouse University in France, gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in French legal culture. If you are a second-year Stetson student in good academic standing, you can apply to this program. The French portion is taught in English, with a mandatory French language course to enhance your experience. By enrolling, you can complete both your JD and Master’s in International Economic Law in just three years.
