What is counseling? What can I expect? How can it help me? Will I be lying on a couch like they do in the movies? This page explores what counseling actually is and what you can expect from the Counseling Center.
The Counseling Center offers a full range of services to support not just the university's students, but the entire campus community as well.
If you're interested in beginning counseling or just need to speak with someone one time, consider making an appointment. They're not required, but make it much easier to see someone quickly.
