Student Government Association
What We Do
The Student Government Association is the representative body for each undergraduate student enrolled at Stetson University. Our goals include consistently informing and leading our constituency, as well as executing necessary changes in the Stetson Community.
Where We Came From
Since 1907, an organization of student leaders elected by the student body has been in existence at Stetson. This is our history.
How We're Organized
The Association consists of two separate but equal branches that work together to form a cohesive body. It is led by the duly elected President and Vice President, and its powers are vested in its two branches as well as its various agencies.
What Governs Us
The powers and operational procedures of the Association are based on three governing documents. These governing documents are the building blocks of our organization.
When and Where We Meet
Meetings are open to the student body and are typically held in Lee's Garage in the CUB every Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. during the Fall and Spring semesters.
