Sepideh Dadkhah

Assistant Professor of Biology

Sepideh Dadkhah is a cellular molecular biologist whose research focuses on the communication of Somatic and Germline cells during Drosophila Spermatogenesis. Sepideh received her PhD at the University of Kentucky where she investigated the role of JAK/STAT signaling during the process of individualization in spermiogenesis. She is excited to introduce Stetsodrns undergraduate researchers to the science of Drosophila genetics as a tool for dissecting complicated genetic and cell signaling networks.
