Official websites are free and available to any official university entity including colleges, schools, departments, centers, institutes, administrative offices and anyone formally representing Stetson University in a non-student capacity. Every website is highly branded and subject to Web Services oversight to ensure the highest quality experience for end users. All websites are also subject to the university's web-related policies.

When you begin managing your entity's website, we establish a collaborative partnership:

• We work together with you to develop new content.
• You take the lead on day-to-day content updates.
• We handle all technical management tasks behind the scenes.
• We perform a quality review on every edit and publish pages on your behalf.

Yes. Web Services welcomes all members of the campus community to use us as a training resource on any web-related topic. Whether you need help with content management, form management, event management, HTML basics or online ADA compliance, we can help one-on-one or with groups of any size.

To request a specific training topic, email [email protected] and outline your needs. We'll do our best to accommodate them.

We offer open workshops each semester as part of Enrollment Management and Marketing's campus outreach initiatives:

• Webtoberfest is a rapid-fire overview of all things web, complete with root beer floats. Topics span a broad range of web disciplines in an informal, engaging format.
• Spring Workshop is a focused, single-topic session that takes a deeper dive into one web-related subject.
