Special Programs

The Department of Education is home to two special programs. These programs provide opportunities for Stetson University students and faculty to interact with other professional educators and students on a state-wide and national level, exploring a wide range of topics.

Nina B. Hollis Institute for Educational Reform

The Nina B. Hollis Institute for Educational Reform collaborates with local professional development schools to emphasize leadership, literacy, partnership and technology.

HATS Program

The High Achieving Talented Students (HATS) Program collaborates with organizations such as The University of Iowa, the Mark Twain Boyhood Home & Museum and Mensa to serve students in grades four through nine through above-level testing, scholarships, and Saturday and summer programs.
