Title IX Team
The Title IX Coordinator is the campus authority responsible for overseeing the university's Title IX-related policies and processes. The Deputy Title IX Coordinators comprise the Title IX leadership team and lead the response to Title IX complaints and concerns within their assigned area/campus population. There are two lead investigators for the university, who are joined by a team of trained investigators who conduct investigations when called upon outside of their typical job responsibilities. Hearing and Appellate officers are trained to conduct Title IX decision-making processes in addition to their typical job responsibilities when called upon. It is important to note that although many individuals work primarily on or are designated for the DeLand or College of Law campuses, they may fulfill Title IX responsibilities as needed throughout the university.
