Katelynn Sell, PhD, has a background in Strategic Management and Human Resource Management. She draws on her professional and personal experiences to blend theory and practice in the classroom. Her teaching philosophy centers on creating an open and participative environment that challenges students to hone their professional communication skills while engaging with course material.

Biography

Katelynn Sell joined Stetson University in 2026 as an Assistant Professor of Management and Organizations. Prior to joining Stetson University, she was a faculty member at Nova Southeastern University and West Texas A&M University where she taught a variety of business management courses at both the undergraduate and graduate level.

Sell has a passion for teaching and fostering critical thinking in the classroom. She is also an active member of several professional organizations in the field such as the Academy of Management, the Strategic Management Society, and the Southern Management Association.
