Amanda Flood

Amanda Flood is a Supplemental Security Income Social Insurance Specialist in the Dallas Social Security Administration (SSA) Regional Office. Amanda provides regional leadership, policy and procedural guidance, and systems support for field offices and tele-service centers. Additionally, Amanda is a liaison to central office for programmatic and systems issues and serves as a Regional Trust Lead for the Dallas and Kansas City Regions. Amanda has been with the SSA for 35 years.

Amanda has attended and presented at several University of Texas School of Law Annual Changes and Trends Affecting Special Needs Trusts conferences.

Prior to working for SSA, Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Southwestern Louisiana, now known as The University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
