2018 National Conference on Special Needs Planning and Special Needs Trusts - CLE Information

Stetson University College of Law does not pay for accreditation of CLE credits in states other than Florida. The Office of Professional Education will provide you with the materials you need to submit CLEs in your own state.

Although we only apply for CLE in the state of Florida, we will provide you with a certificate of attendance and a packet of materials so that you may apply for CLE in another state. Stetson University College of Law does not pay the application fee for CLE applications in states other than Florida.

VA accreditation requires approval from a State bar association and must also satisfy the requirements of 38 C.F.R. § 14.629(b)(1)(iii), Stetson University College of Law will apply to the state of Florida for CLE credit. Attendees will then be required to submit the approved CLE for VA accreditation.
