If you plan to operate a vehicle on campus, you must register it with the Office of Public Safety. For the Fall 2020 semester, students will fill out an online form to register their vehicles.

Students must fill out this online registration form before they can pick up their parking decal.

To register your vehicle, go to My.Stetson.edu, click on One Stop, open Forms tab and select Vehicle Registration.

  • First-year students who register their vehicle before August 4 will receive their parking decal in their folder at check-in on Move-In Day.
  • Students who register their vehicle on or after August 4 can pick their decal from Public Safety on August 7-9 between 7 a.m.-4 p.m. Please note that only one student will be allowed inside the Public Safety office at a time to ensure safe physical distancing. Students must bring their Stetson ID to pick up their decal.
  • Commuter students will receive their decals from Public Safety staff, who will table with the Office of Student Development and Campus Vibrancy during the distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to commuter students on August 12 between 10 a.m.-12 p.m. at the CUB-South Lobby Desk; August 13 from 8 a.m.-10 a.m. in the Lynn Business Center parking lot 42; or August 14 from 8 a.m.-10 a.m. in the Sage Hall parking lot 27.

Everbridge

We will be using an application from Everbridge to provide an additional layer to our COVID-19 response plan to keep us informed about the overall health of our community. The Everbridge app is available for download on all Android and iPhones through the app store. This app will be utilized throughout campus for access to communal buildings such as the CUB, Hollis Center and various classrooms. You must complete the daily “Wellness Check” that will grant you access to these buildings. For more information, check out the Safer Stetson website.
