Research Guidelines for Vertebrate Animal Use

Submissions of Reports to the Institutional Animal Use and Care Committee (IACUC)

Investigators and faculty members supervising students whose studies last more than six months must submit the IACUC Continuing Review Form semi-annually, in late November or early December and in April. The IACUC Chair will notify investigators of the need to submit a continuing review form. Applicants must return the completed form  to the IACUC web portal. Likewise, at the end of the study, applicants will follow the same procedure.
