Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Stetson University believes in assisting employees in resolving life's challenges by providing free confidential support and referrals, along with practical information on maintaining a healthy work and home-life. The Employee Assistance Program offers specialized services for the employee and their dependents.
We understand the importance of planning for retirement and offer eligible employees a 403(b) Retirement Savings and Investment Plan. Also, employees have the opportunity to personally contribute through pre-tax payroll deductions each pay period.
