Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Stetson University believes in assisting employees in resolving life's challenges by providing free confidential support and referrals, along with practical information on maintaining a healthy work and home life. The Employee Assistance Program offers specialized services for the employee and their dependents.
TIAA
We understand the importance of planning for retirement and offer eligible employees a 403(b) Retirement Savings and Investment Plan. Also, employees have the opportunity to personally contribute through pre-tax payroll deductions each pay period.
