Facilities Management


The Facilities organization provides services for the campus community by maintaining the buildings and grounds to enhance the campus experience.


Service Request Center

Receives service requests from the campus community and assigns to the various trades within the department.

Maintenance & Operations

Cares for all campus facilities including residential, academic, athletic and administrative buildings. Maintain plumbing, electrical, mechanical, cooling and heating systems and respond to service requests. Provide carpentry, painting and locksmithing services.

Custodial Services

Provide cleaning services for all residential, academic, athletic and administrative buildings on campus.

Event Setup Support

Supports organizational sponsored events on campus to assure events' success.

Streets and Grounds

Maintains campus landscaping, including all athletic fields, and supports special events.

Technical Support

Oversees central chiller production plant, building systems automation and energy conservation initiatives and assists with operational/mechanical design.

Risk Management

Supports the university's educational purpose by taking a pro-active approach in addressing loss exposures in order to help ensure a safe environment for our campus community.

Administrative Services

Provide budget management for departmental operating, capital and salary budgets, including account receivables and payables. Manage departmental fleet operations; campus auxiliary housing; and, utility usage tracking/reporting and control.

All service requests should be submitted through the SchoolDude system.
