With a PhD in Higher Education Administration/Leadership and an impressive track record, she has spearheaded transformative programs at esteemed institutions like Stetson University and the University of Central Florida. Taylor Hibel, PhD, is a dedicated higher education professional with a passion for community engagement, civic leadership, and student development. A graduate of Stetson University, Florida Gulf Coast University, and National University, Taylor has extensive training and experience in non-profit capacity building, program development, and strategic partnerships. Her journey in community engagement began as a student in Stetson’s Bonner Program and continued through her role as an AmeriCorps VISTA focusing on economic development. Taylor currently serves as the Program Director for Bonner and Community Engagement at Stetson University, where she supports students and community partners in fostering meaningful, high-impact collaborations. Her work focuses on program management, grant stewardship, leadership development, and ensuring students connect their academic and career goals to community impact. Taylor is deeply committed to creating opportunities that empower individuals and organizations to grow, develop, and thrive. Ann-Marie Willacker is a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) with over 20 years of experience in business and nonprofit leadership. She’s passionate about building inclusive communities and helping others grow into strong, effective leaders. As a community leader and activist, Ann-Marie focuses on creating spaces where people feel empowered, connected, and ready to make change. She earned her CNP credential through the University of Central Florida and the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance and brings a collaborative, people-centered approach to everything she does.

Caitlin Swann serves as the Associate Director for Dialogue & Civic Action at Stetson University, where she helps students explore the intersections of civic engagement, social change, and ethical leadership. An ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church, Caitlin brings over a decade of experience in campus ministry, faith-based community organizing, and interfaith coalition-building. Her work centers on equipping young people to engage in courageous dialogue, build community power, and lead with purpose in a diverse and complex world.
