With a background in student development and campus vibrancy, Alex now leads reimagined initiatives for the WISE program, focusing on mentorship and career preparation for first-generation students. She is committed to cultivating leadership through the Multicultural Student Council and building a relationship-rich environment where every student feels supported to lead, learn, and create a lasting impact on campus and beyond.

An ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church, Caitlin brings over a decade of experience in campus ministry, faith-based community organizing, and interfaith coalition-building. Her work centers on equipping young people to engage in courageous dialogue, build community power, and lead with purpose in a diverse and complex world.
