Erin Doggette, PhD, is a distinguished leader in higher education, specializing in cross-cultural and diversity initiatives. With a PhD in Higher Education Administration/Leadership and an impressive track record, she has spearheaded transformative programs at esteemed institutions like Stetson University and the University of Central Florida. Dr. Doggette's expertise extends to instructional design and faculty development, where she empowers educators to create inclusive and engaging learning environments. 

Beyond her administrative and teaching roles, Erin is a prolific author and sought-after speaker on topics such as AI in education and fostering inclusive leadership. Her commitment to diversity is further evidenced by her active involvement in various committees and organizations dedicated to promoting equity and justice in education. Erin Doggette's dynamic career is a testament to her unwavering dedication to creating a more equitable and inclusive educational landscape. 

Alexandria Belk serves as the Associate Director of the Cross-Cultural Center at Stetson University. She is passionate about empowering students to become engaged global citizens by fostering intercultural understanding and a deep sense of belonging. With a background in student development and campus vibrancy, Alex now leads reimagined initiatives for the WISE program, focusing on mentorship and career preparation for first-generation students. She is committed to cultivating leadership through the Multicultural Student Council and building a relationship-rich environment where every student feels supported to lead, learn, and create a lasting impact on campus and beyond. 

Caitlin Swann serves as the Associate Director for Dialogue & Civic Action at Stetson University, where she helps students explore the intersections of civic engagement, social change, and ethical leadership. An ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church, Caitlin brings over a decade of experience in campus ministry, faith-based community organizing, and interfaith coalition-building. Her work centers on equipping young people to engage in courageous dialogue, build community power, and lead with purpose in a diverse and complex world.

Jose Reyes serves as the Interim Associate Director of the Bonner Program. He is passionate about empowering students to lead meaningful change through the Bonner Program. With over six years in the Bonner Network, he works closely with students to support their community initiatives, foster social justice, and create lasting impact. Jose is committed to building strong, sustainable partnerships between students, community organizations, and the institution, helping every student realize their potential and make a difference in their communities. 

Lucas Fenton serves as the Graduate Assistant for Marketing and Communications at Stetson University’s Center for Community Engagement, where he leads social media strategy and digital storytelling. As an MBA candidate and former NCAA Division I soccer player, Lucas brings a high-performance, creative edge to driving campus vibrancy and student involvement. He is dedicated to building relationship-rich environments that empower every student to lead, learn, and create a lasting impact on campus and beyond. 

Melody Ma serves as the Graduate Assistant for Dialogue & Civic Action at Stetson University, where they coordinate campus dialogue programs and coordinating with the Stetson Votes Team. As an international student from China currently pursuing a Master's degree in Accountancy, Melody brings a unique, analytical perspective to helping design programs that address complex social and political issues.
