Career Success Pathways

At Stetson, you have curated Career Success Pathways to help you reach your personal and professional goals! From an Incoming student Pathway to a Senior year Pathway, we provide suggestions and checklists of steps you should be taking during your time at Stetson.

Students and alumni who complete the Pathways have a much higher chance of successfully obtaining an internship, job, or even graduate acceptance of their choice, compared to those who not engage in our Pathways.

Once you become a Hatter, we automatically add you to five different Pathways on HatterJobs—it's that easy! After logging into HatterJobs, go to "Resources", then click on "Pathways". You will have access to those Pathways during your time at Stetson and even after you graduate and become an alumni member.
