The 2023-24 Cayman Islands program is scheduled for Monday, December 25, 2023 (Hotel check-in/3:00 pm and Mandatory Orientation/8:00pm) until Saturday, January 6, 2024 (Hotel check-out).  Classes will end on Friday, January 5, 2024.  You may depart the hotel after class on January 5 or check out by Saturday, January 6.  

The Cayman Islands Fall Intersession Program allows participants to study at the Truman Bodden Law School located in George Town, the capital city of the Cayman Islands.

About the Cayman Islands

The Cayman Islands are a well-known off-shore financial center and tax-neutral jurisdiction. The Cayman Islands Fall Intersession Program is sponsored by Stetson University College of Law and the American Caribbean Law Initiative (ACLI). The ACLI is a United States-based membership organization, whose mission is to advance the common interest of its members in the growth and development of the Caribbean Basin by facilitating collaborative relationships and by strengthening its legal development and institutions. The ACLI is a consortium of U.S. and Caribbean-based law schools, law firms, and practitioners of which both Stetson University College of Law and the Truman Bodden Law School are members.
