Accessibility Resources for Students with Disabilities
Stetson University is committed to the intent and purpose of the Americans with Disabilities Act and other laws governing disability and accessibility. As such, the ADA Coordinator at the College of Law recommends accommodations in accordance with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and ADA Amendments Act of 2008, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504, as amended), and the College of Law's academic standards to ensure that there will be no discrimination on the basis of disability and to promote an accessible environment.
Please review the policies, procedures, and guidelines provided on this website for more information about accessibility resources for students with disabilities. Newly accepted students who have not yet matriculated and current students can seek support and assistance to allow equal opportunity and effective participation in Stetson Law programs, services, and activities.
