Why I Chose Stetson:

I choose Stetson because of the close relationships you can form with Faculty and Staff. I did not want to be just a number on campus, and I wanted to have mentors who were deeply invested in my academic and professional growth.

Involvements on Campus:

Peer Advisory Council on Title IX (PACT), Stetson Votes (Student Director), Ambassador (Tour Captain), Hatter Network (Events Coordinator), Honors Program + Honors Student Council (President), Tri-Alpha, Omicron Delta Kappa, Pi Sigma Alpha (Poli Sci Honor Society)

What I Like to Do on Weekends:

I like to hang out downtown or in my apartment with my friends because it is a great way for me to relax and build friendships.

My Favorite Class at Stetson:

My Independent Study with Dr. Posadas on Social Movements, Community Organizing and Unions because it allowed me to learn more in-depth about the process of collective action and reflect on personal experiences.

Advice to Prospective Students:

Be yourself in your application, Stetson wants to see the WHOLE you, not just what you think we would like.

Favorite Place on Campus:

Palm Court because I like to read by the fountain.
