Michele Zahn leads the Prospect Real Estate Group (PREG) team with more than 20 years experience in development, construction and management. As president of the vertically integrated, family-owned corporation, Michele has worked with numerous REITS and private developers, including American Landmark and Dezer Development, to navigate successful projects. With her vast experience and expertise, Michele has helped guide PREG and its related entities to become trusted, respected leaders in their industries across the United States.

In addition to her role at PREG, Michele is CEO of PCDG, a general contractor building multi-family, condominium, retail, government and hospitality projects; and a partner in BCC Construction, a leading general contractor specializing in planning and developing multifamily and mixed-use communities.  Michele and her husband, Richard G. Zahn, Sr., PREG’s Chairman and Investment Strategist, have completed more than 1,300 projects for a combined total value of more than $1.6 billion.

Michele is an active volunteer and fundraiser for numerous philanthropic and charitable organizations.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Stetson University and was elected to the Stetson University Board of Trustees in 2023.
