Class of 2030

Jada is from Sanford, Florida and has a deep interest in mangrove biomes. As a Florida resident the crucial role mangroves play in limiting the adverse effects of hurricanes such as managing storm surges sparked her desire to raise awareness about their importance and help build support to protect them.

As a fellow, she hopes to raise awareness of the services provided by the local environment that many may not be aware of to help foster a community of environmentally cautious people.
