Replacement Diploma Request
The Office of the Registrar offers Replacement Diplomas for a fee. You can order either a physical copy or a CeDiploma which is an electronic digital copy. CeDiplomas can be used to validate your degree online and sometimes used for an Apostille certification.
Diplomas orders are fulfilled by Stetson's contracted vendor, Paradigm. Orders are placed with them every Friday. Emails for CeDiplomas will be sent the following week. If you are ordering a physical copy, it takes approximately 1-2 weeks to process. The shipping rates are based on selected shipping option and will arrive within the specified timeframe after processing.

Certified Electronic Diploma (CeDiploma)
A Certified Electronic Diploma is an official, secure electronic version of the Stetson University diploma that can be obtained more quickly than the physical diploma by mail. The electronic version can be shared digitally with potential employers, family and friends, and uploaded to job networking sites.
NOTE: CeDiplomas have been provided to all Stetson University graduates who earned their degree in August 2025 onward. If you graduated prior to August 2025, you may order a CeDiploma, though the signatures may not match your original diploma.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. If you have a financial hold on your Stetson University student record, your diploma will not be ordered until the outstanding obligation has been paid in full. Stetson University diplomas for Bachelor, Master or Specialist degree measure 11 × 14 inches.
Diplomas are meant to recognize earned degrees. Stetson University undergraduate diplomas do not list majors, minors, or concentrations. This information is found on your official transcript.
Academic Latin Honors, if earned, will be included on the diploma. This only applies to undergraduate students.
Students who graduated from Stetson University’s College of Law campus can request a copy of their diploma.
