Activation for Summer 2008 - Use this link to activate your courses for the summer 2008 term.  This link will only be available through Wednesday, May 14th at 4:30 pm. so even if you are only registered for summer session 2, activate your courses now.  Should you decide to drop your course(s) prior to summer session 2 please contact the Registrar's Office to do so.

Final Exam Schedule Spring 2008 - Print this out to know when your finals will be for spring 2008

Checking Grades - Know how to get your grades once they are posted.

Academic Calendar - Be aware of registration dates, drop - add dates, and withdrawal dates.

How to request transcripts - Transcripts cannot be requested online or by telephone, but you can use this guide to make the process very easy.

Graduation Candidates - Confirm your candidacy for the upcoming graduation.

Enrollment - Degree verification form - If you need a letter to show proof of enrollment or proof of your degree, print out this form and send it to us.

These forms are PDF forms which can be printed and either faxed (386-822-7146) to our office or mailed (421 N. Woodland Blvd., Unit 8298, DeLand, FL 32723).

Re-entry Form - If you are planning to re-enter Stetson. You can use this form to send to the Registrar's Office.

Request for Transcript or Verification of Enrollment - You can use this form to request a transcript or to request verification of enrollment

Transient Student Form - If you are planning on taking courses at another college or university during the summer, or any term. Fill out form and bring to Registrar's office if on campus, or fax to us (386-822-7146) if off campus.

Application for Graduation - Please complete this form at the beginning of the term you plan to graduate.  Graduation fee must be paid at time of application.  You can fax this form to us at 386-822-7146 if paying fee by credit card.  Otherwise application must be mailed to 421 N Woodland Blvd., Unit 8298, DeLand, FL 32723.
