Tryout Materials:
  • The tryout materials have been posted on a Westlaw TWEN page entitled, "2013 Moot Court Tryouts."
  • On that TWEN page, you will find four documents in the "2013 Tryout Materials" folder:
    • the Record for the 2013 tryouts;
    • the "MCB Respondent brief final" document (this document contains the "context" for the writing exercise on page 1 and contains the brief from your hypothetical teammate on the remaining pages);
    • the 2013 Writing Exercise (in a .docx Word file); and
    • Exhibit 1 (to answer question 8(A) of the writing exercise).
  • See Professor Bowman's email on Tuesday, May 28, for a suggestion of how to approach the materials.
