Why I Chose Stetson:

I chose Stetson because there are so many resources and opportunities for me to utilize not only academically but also in my career field, and personally. Stetson continues to cultivate a supportive and safe space for students with all abilities and identities and I wanted to be a part of the progression. I believe the Hatter Nation is inclusive and innovative.

Involvements on Campus:

Residential Assistant (RA), Stetson Alliance for Gender Equity (SAGE) - President, Latinx Student Union

What I Like to Do on Weekends:

I like to hammock with my friends in Palm Court because it’s so relaxing and aesthetically appealing. I also like to go to the pool with my friends because it is heated. 

My Favorite Class at Stetson:

My honors FSEM was my favorite class at Stetson because it made me push the boundaries. The small class size and the expertise of the professor made the class intellectually challenging and engaging in the discussions.

Advice to Prospective Students:

Utilize the resources and opportunities that are available to you at Stetson. They are there for your success and are readily accessible.

Favorite Place on Campus:

The Nemec courtyard and the library balcony are my favorite places on campus because of their sceneries and calmness.
