My phone/computer cannot access WiFi - help!

Check to be sure that WiFi is turned on or enabled on the device. On some laptops, this may be a mechanical switch on the side or front of the computer.

I'm prompted to accept a certificate when I connect to the wireless network. Is it safe to accept the certificate?

Yes; we use certificates to authenticate and secure our wireless network.

I am still having trouble connecting to WiFi.

If you're still having trouble connecting to our wireless network, please bring in your device to our helpdesk (located on the first floor of the Law Library) and we'll be happy to get you connected.
