Vincent Fries (“FREEZE”) graduated from Stetson’s School of Business Administration in 1998 and joined Andersen Consulting after being recruited on campus to begin his career in management consulting. Vince returned to Stetson to become a double hatter, graduating with his MBA in 2000, and returned to Andersen (now Accenture) in a strategy consulting role focused on Financial Services and Banking clients. For over 25+ years, Vince has advised US and Global Banks and Capital Markets clients on matters of business and product strategy, operations management, technology implementation, merger and acquisition integration, and risk and regulatory compliance matters. After leaving Accenture to take a role at a boutique strategy firm, followed by a role at HSBC Bank, where he worked as a Director for North American Operations, Vince joined Ernst & Young (EY) in 2006 to support the build-out of EY’s US Consumer Banking business. In 2013 Vince became a Partner at EY, and in 2017, he became the leader of the US Consumer Banking Practice. In 2020, Vince joined PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as a Senior Partner in PwC’s Banking Transformation group leading the US market vertical for offerings in Consumer Payments & Digital Solutions.
While a student at Stetson, Vince was a member of Sigma Nu fraternity, where he served as house father during the pursuit of his MBA. Vince is also a graduate of the Roland George Investments Program (RGIP), with his MBA concentrated in Investment Finance.
Vince and his wife, Lola (also a Partner at a Big Four firm), live near Washington DC, in Leesburg, Virginia, and enjoy travelling the world, exploring and dining together.
Vince joined the School of Business Advisory Board in 2023 and took on the role of Chairman of that Board in July 2026, including an ex officio member role on the Stetson University Board of Trustees.
