Why I Chose Stetson:

I chose Stetson because of the beautiful campus and the small class sizes. From the moment I stepped on campus, everyone was so friendly and I felt at home.

Involvements on Campus:

Student Government Association - President Pro-Tempore, Omicron Delta Kappa, Club Softball, Center for Public Opinion Research, Student Ambassadors

What I Like to Do on Weekends:

On the weekends I love to go to the beach because it is a relaxing way to reset take a break from work and technology and be in nature. I also like watching football and spending time with my family.

My Favorite Class at Stetson:

My favorite class at Stetson would have to be Dr. Smallpage's Special Topics in Political Science with a focus on the Presidency or Dr. Kelly Smith's class on American Health Care Policy. Both of these classes were extremely interesting and applied to America's current politics and political system.

Advice to Prospective Students:

My advice to prospective students would be to think about not only how beautiful and diverse our campus is but also how individualized the learning experience is here. Not only does Stetson have small class sizes but these small class sizes allow for you to have a one-on-one relationship with professors. There are also so many different clubs and organizations on campus that there is a way for anyone and everyone to get involved and connect with people.

Favorite Place on Campus:

My favorite place on campus would have to be Holler Fountain in front of Sampson Hall. Every time I walk past the fountain it reminds me how beautiful our campus is and how much I love Stetson and the people I have met here.
