Tim Adams

Tim Adams is an Assistant District Attorney at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office in Houston, Texas. He is assigned to the Civil Rights Division, which investigates and prosecutes allegations of police misconduct. Tim also serves as the Director of Mock Trial and an adjunct professor at Texas Southern University – Thurgood Marshall School of Law (“TMSL”).

Courses taught include Trial Simulation, Advanced Trial Practice, and Mock Trial.

Tim was recently elected to the Board of Directors for the Texas Young Lawyers Association. He is also an advisory committee member of the Texas State Bar’s Pattern Jury Charge Committee.

Tim is a graduate of TMSL, where he participated and won numerous advocacy awards, including induction into the Order of the Barristers in 2017.
