Family and Non-Professional Guardian Education Program

Welcome to the Family and Non-Professional Guardian Education Program presented by Stetson University College of Law.

Thank you for agreeing to become a guardian for your loved one. This is a great responsibility that comes with many challenges, but also the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on someone's life.  You have important responsibilities to ensure that their needs are met and their rights are protected. This course was created to provide you with important information and training on how to effectively fulfill your responsibilities as a guardian.

If you have an approved application for indigency from the court, please email [email protected] prior to registering for your course.

If you are a Guardian, you should take the full guardianship course unless your order specifically states otherwise.  All Guardian Advocates should take the guardian advocate course unless your order specifically states otherwise.
