Brianna Rosier Kabwika is a Bruce R. Jacob Visiting Assistant Professor of Law. Prior to joining Stetson Law’s faculty, she served as a Staff Attorney with Our Children’s Trust, where she developed and represented youth in federal and state constitutional litigation seeking recognition of young people’s right to a stable climate system. Professor Rosier Kabwika received her J.D. from Brigham Young University Law School and her B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida. Her research focuses on children’s constitutional rights and the intersection of climate and environmental justice.
