  • Clay Henderson, director of the Institute for Water and Environmental Resilience at Stetson University, was quoted in The Daytona Beach News-Journal on June 13 in a story, entitled “NSB responds to growth with effort to preserve Turnbull Creek.” Henderson said it is important to protect the land because “whatever we can’t acquire is going to get paved over.”

  • Law alumnus Nathan Bruemmer is being honored again as one of the Outstanding Voices for the Business of Pride, according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal. This marks at least the second time he has been honored at this event.
  • The June 5 Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., announced that law alumna Suzanne Boy became Florida Bar Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law.
